The Frank Barnes Group (Crane Hire, Skip Hire, Scrap Metal & Fork Lift Truck Hire)

The Frank Barnes Group, based in Darwen, has run as a skip hire company for over 65 years and also offers crane hire, hiab hire, forklift truck hire, heavy haulage, machine removal and scrap metal processing. Skips are delivered across the Blackburn and Darwen area from its licensed waste transfer operation, to commercial customers and the general public. Same-day or next-day delivery is discussed when the skip is booked, and a skip placed on a public highway needs a permit that takes three working days to obtain. The group holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates and a waste carriers licence, and also handles recycling aggregates. Phone 01254 702 748.
